Refund policy

 

Unused pieces purchased online can be returned within 28 days of purchase and exchanged for another piece at the shipper’s expense. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping with tracking, as well as for packing it safely for travel.

If shipped pieces arrive broken, please provide photo evidence of the broken shipment as you found it in the box by email to studiopadronceramics@gmail.com. We will then contact you with an alternative offering. 

We do not offer refunds, except in cases where the items have arrived to the buyer broken, along with photo evidence, as set out above.

Any ceramic pieces bought in person which are damaged or broken once they have left our point of sale are not eligible for refunds, credit or an alternative offering. 

PLEASE NOTE: Customers outside the UK may be required to pay import duties/local sales taxes; these are not included in our prices and we cannot be responsible for the payment of these fees. Please note we do not have visibility of custom costs.
